Due to the medical and hygienic nature of our products, all returns must strictly follow the guidelines below to help maintain safety and quality standards.

1. Return and Refund Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Anything after 30 days is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Items are non-returnable after 30 days.

Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.

All factory seals, labels, and protective plastic must be completely intact.

Returns will be rejected if the item shows any signs of use, wear, or alterations.

3. Refund Approval

All refunds are subject to approval.

4. Fees and Shipping Costs

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
